I was not able to make it, but I saw a lot of pictures and video of the event, and it looked more like a "We Hate Obama" rally, rather than a "We Disapprove" rally. Most signs and chants we geared towards insulting and threatening the President, rather than simply voicing disagreement.

I hate to break it to you Mike, but they go to the emergency room now and don't pay. It's against the law to refuse medical treatment to anyone who lacks the ability to pay. This is not something knew, it's a perfect example of how the facts of this issue have been so distorted in an attempt to cause outrage and descension.
Mike, as Member25 so succinctly pointed out, Emergency rooms are required to treat all people, regardless of age, race, or ability to pay. That has nothing to do with "covering" people for their health care. That's a silly strawman argument.
As for Obama's "lie," here's the actual verbage from the actual bill you refuse to actually read:
SEC. 246. NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS.
Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States.
Now, there is a provision that some wing-nuts hold up as proof that the bill is saying both things. It's the section entitled:
SEC. 152. PROHIBITING DISCRIMINATION IN HEALTH CARE.
What it says is:
" [A]ll health care and related services (including insurance coverage and public health activities) covered by this Act shall be provided without regard to personal characteristics extraneous to the provision of high quality health care or related services."
Illegal immigrants are not eligible for any of the major government-run health programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP. Period. Legal immigrants have to be in the U.S. lawfully for five years to sign up for these programs and have to meet the same eligibility standards as anyone else.
So you see, Mike, you're wrong. Joe Wilson was wrong. He's the liar, not Obama.
