Will a market by any other name ... or in any other location ... still have deals as sweet? We don't go there often, but will definately drop in when in the neighborhood - often times just to wander - but we always spend money.
I know the location is convenient for people in the neighborhood, but I've never found it convenient for me. The idea of having it near the harbor seems pretty good to me.
I would prefer the Harbor location as long as there's adequate parking. Once I figured out where to park at the current location, I was more comfortable going there more often (not just at Easter time).
By the water would probably be easier to find too!
